Acceptable Use

Account Registration

• If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that billing period.

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Unused credits may not be refundable.

AI-Generated Content

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Generated Content complies with all applicable laws
• You must not use Generated Content in any manner that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• We do not claim ownership over any Generated Content produced through your use of our services

Company's Position on Ownership

Seedance2.ai does not assert ownership rights over user-submitted content or AI-generated content. Our role is to provide the tools and platform that enable content creation.

Intellectual Property

The Seedance2.ai platform, including its website, software, AI models, algorithms, user interface, design elements, trademarks, logos, and all related documentation, are the exclusive property of Seedance2.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Seedance2.ai is an independent AI video generation platform that operates autonomously without any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by ByteDance. Any similarities in AI technology naming conventions are coincidental. Our platform, services, and operations are entirely independent and are not associated with ByteDance or any of its subsidiaries or products in any way.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Seedance2.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
