Our refund policy for subscriptions and credit packages

At Seedance2.ai, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our AI video generation services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that you have not used more than 10% of the total subscription credits allocated for that billing period.
Refunds for subscriptions will be processed minus any applicable processing fees (approximately 5% of the transaction amount).
If your subscription has been automatically renewed and no credits were used during the renewed billing period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the automatic renewal date. Upon processing, your subscription will be immediately cancelled.
For one-time credit package purchases, refunds are available under the following conditions:
If you wish to change from an annual plan to a monthly plan, please contact our support team. We will calculate the prorated amount for the unused portion of your annual subscription and apply it as credits to your account.
